Event Description:
We are excited to announce plans for the 19th annual Administrative Professionals Luncheon sponsored by the Member Relations Committee of the Osceola-South Mississippi County Chamber of Commerce. The luncheon honoring our administrative professionals is scheduled for Wednesday, April 24, 2019 from 11:30 AM until 1:00PM, in the Harold Ohlendorf Civic Center at the Chamber of Commerce facility.
Tickets are $20 per person, which includes lunch and a special gift. Lunch will be a chicken spaghetti, crunchy romaine tossed salad, garlic bread, and cakes prepared by our member Custom Catering.
Businesses and individuals also have the opportunity to sponsor a $160 reserved table, which includes eight (8) tickets, reserved seating, and recognition.

SPRING HAT CONTEST
Back by popular demand, we will once again hold a spring hat decorating contest, and participants will have a chance to win Chamber Cheques! This year's theme is MissCo & You. Whether you're a native, transplant, or commuter, use your creativity to show what Osceola and Mississippi County means to you. It could be about your work, your hobbies, your family, your school, your favorite places, the possibilities are endless! Remind your participants!
GUEST SPEAKER
This year's speaker will be LaRay Sargent White, Community Relations Leader for Southern Bancorp, who previously served as the financial institution's Business and Community Development Officer. In 2005, she joined Southern Bancorp as a financial advisor before transitioning to business development. In her new role, White represents Southern Bancorp in several focus areas, including financial development services, business development, community relations and public policy within Mississippi County and the surrounding communities - all with the goal of creating a community level connection to Southern's unique work as a mission-driven community development bank.
White has made Mississippi County her home, and it shows through her extensive track record of community involvement the area. She currently serves on the Blytheville Public School Parental Involvement Committee, and has been named Intermediate School, Middle School and District Volunteer of the Year for Blytheville Schools. White recently completed her last term as a board director for the Greater Blytheville Area Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the Rotary Club and was previously named Citizen of the Year by the Lions Club.
A Northwest Arkansas native, White graduated from Siloam Springs High School and received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She is also a graduate of the Mississippi School of Banking. White and her husband, Dean, have two sons, Garrett and Zac.

PRESENTING SPONSOR
Each year, we pack our civic center with some of the best administrative professionals in the area. New for this year, we are opening the opportunity for a up to two presenting sponsors for the event ($250 each). As an event presenting sponsor, your company or organization bio and information will be included in the program, recognized throughout the event, and you will also have the opportunity to briefly address the group if you choose.
CENTERPIECE ADVERTISEMENT
We are also giving the opportunity for your business to sponsor a centerpiece advertisement ($25 each) at the event. This will include a display card with your business information on one of the tables.
GIFT BAG ITEMS & DEALS
Similar to previous years, we are providing a uniform gift bag for attendees, and would love to give our member businesses an opportunity to be included in this appreciation grab bag. We will fill approximately 120 bags, and encourage either a small item with your company information or an offer or discount for goods or services that can be put in a special coupon booklet just for this event. Bags will be assembled the week prior to the event, so please confirm and bring items no later than Wednesday, April 17.
